With a vast experience of about 40 years in various industries such as Steel plants, Ferro alloy plants etc. Dr. Subrata Mukherjee brings on with him a wide band of knowledge with him to pioneer the growth of the company. He started his dream project in the renewables sector in 2008 with Sova Power Ltd., during the time span, it has been and has transformed the company to one of the leading Manufacturer of SPV Modules in the Country. Dr. Subrata Mukherjee has been Awarded with the Professional Doctoral Certificate in Global Leadership and Management by European International University, Paris.

After Graduation from NIT, Durgapur in the year of 2014, Mr. Krish Mukherjee has joined the Sova Solar Ltd. Team as CEO. He is not only possesses a unique sense of business administration but also he gives attractive speeches too.

Following the vision of her father , Ms. Shri Mukherjee joined the company after completing her higher studies. She is a PhD. Scholar from St. Xaviers University and possesses through the knowledge in Business Administration. Being a true dynamic and youth leader of the company, Ms. Shri Mukherjee is heading the business strategies, branding, promotion and marketing of the company
